The property at 6750 Congress Avenue was purchased in 2016 from Danburg Management Corp. DMC remained an equity partner in the project. The site occupies 14 acres within the 700-acre Park at Broken Sound. Allure Boca Raton was one of the first rental projects developed in the park after it was rezoned for more residential development. The completed project was sold to GID for $92.1 million, about $327,000 per unit.
