Downtown Miami’s largest commercial property owner shed two of his retail buildings in the area for $11.5 million, The Real Deal has learned.

A company managed by Sergio Rok sold the 41 East Flagler Street and 62 Northeast First Street buildings on Tuesday, according to Miami-Dade County records. Flag 41, a Miami company managed by Mariano Saal, is the buyer. It did not obtain financing for the acquisition.

Rok’s family has owned property in downtown Miami since the late 1970s. The 60,398-square-foot 41 East Flagler Street building was constructed in 1928. The 32,060-square-foot 62 Northeast First Street building is more than 100 years old.

Another Rok-managed company sold a Miami Beach mansion for $20.5 million last month.
